| Fantastic! A Perfect House And a Perfect Location! 5 of 5 STARS As soon as we stepped foot onto this breath-taking property, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. They had already stocked the kitchen with our requested supplies as well as arranged/printed out an itinerary with the reservations we requested. Not only did the staff take care of all our needs; cleaning, laundry, and pool maintenance but, the house provided the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. The full time staff was one of my favorite parts, the concierge set up all of our activities from horseback riding to ATVing. We would wake up in the morning, have our cup of coffee and our horses were waiting out in front of the house! |

It was so much easier to talk to someone directly rather that keep writing emails. The house is gorgeous! The location is one of the best on the bay... Beds are SUPER comfy! | The Best in Luxury Accommodations. 5 of 5 STARS We have been to this area of Costa Rica before but until now, there has never been accommodations of this luxury and caliber. We intend to visit every year with our family and keep this lovely property in mind for future family gatherings. |
| Pampered Luxury 5 of 5 STARS There are lots of restaurants and a great spa nearby with yoga and massages. Though we had a local chef, Davin Rodriguez - Canape Catering - he was fantastic, the grocery store is just a 2 minute walk from the house and the kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and gadgets to make meal preparation a breeze! Several other stores are located a little further away and the ATVs came handy for that. |
| Living Room All furniture in Villa De Luz was made custom to the owners' choosing. There is an outdoor patio and seating area with a BBQ grill. The 9 foot tall glass sliders can be opened up across the entire front of the home to enjoy the breathtaking ocean view and the outside elements or closed and secure with all areas of the house air conditioned. |

| Pampered Luxury 5 of 5 STARS Relaxing, watching the surfers, sunsets and occasional bonfires on the beach. The property manager was available daily to schedule our private pilates classes on the patio, arrange the massages in our bedroom suite, in-house chefs, rent ATV's, rental cars, zip-line, fishing, horseback riding on the beach, maid service and a delivery truck stuffed with fresh vegetables, meats and cheeses. |

| Surfers Favorite! 5 of 5 STARS The pool was used daily, and there is plenty of patio furniture for naps or just relaxing and reading a good book. It is right on the beach with smooth sand and great waves for surfing and boogie boarding! Surfing is fantastic right in front of the house, we stayed there in late November, and we saw several of the locals surfing there daily, including Ugo, who was our 'concierge' while in Costa Rica. If we needed dinner recommendations, tour recommendations, a meal prepared at the house, Ugo was always there to help. We rented ATVs for the duration of our stay, and I highly recommend it, although it's not necessary if you don't mind walking to restaurants. |

| Local Fauna and Flora. 5 of 5 STARS Everything about St. Teresa was delightful, the locals, the friendly dogs in the village, the food and the monkeys. The groundskeeper showed us a family of 7 monkeys living in the trees close by. I had previously heard an unusual dog bark and found out it was the monkeys. |

Rainsong Wildlife Sanctuary and Penjamo Community Wildlife Refuge The Rainsong Sanctuary and Wildlife Rescue Center are located in Cabuya, on the edge of Costa Rica's oldest National Park, "Reserva Natural Absoluta Cabo Blanco." Our community refuge stretches from Playa Coyote to Paquera, including (to date) almost 3000 hectares (7500 acres) of protected habitat, a figure already larger than the nearby Cabo Blanco Reserve, and this figure is growing rapidly as additional property owners sign up.
Adrenalina Surf School is located at D&N Beach Club at Playa Carmen, right on the beach. The only beach club and surf kite school of the area located in front of the waves. The place is gorgeous ….enjoy the sunsets after a good surfing and dream with open eyes…
Cabo Blanco National Park The Cabo Blanco Park is the clearest example that forests can be regenerated if efforts toward conservation are pursued. This great park, extending for 1250 hectares in the outer tip of the Nicoya peninsula, was mainly composed of devastated lands by indiscriminate deforestation in the 1960's when the park was created. Now, it's a fully regenerated secondary forest full of huge native trees of all species and abundant wildlife. The park can be explored by following several paths that are available to visitors. The longest trail is about 3.5 km. long and takes you to the beach right in front of the Cabo Blanco Island.
The Montezuma Waterfall Canopy Tour one of the zone’s premier attractions. The canopy consists of a series of nine cables and eleven platforms suspended high above the forest floor. The guests glide along the cables using a pully and a breaking device. While on the canopy tour you will see a number of plants and animals unique to Costa Rica, possibly including howler and white-faced monkeys, parrots, and iguanas. The course follows the Montezuma river and gives you an opportunity to visit the famous waterfalls where you can take pictures and go for a swim in the pools carved by the cascading waters. This is an experience that should not be missed.

The beaches in Montezuma, Santa Teresa, Malpaís, Tambor, Manzanillo, and Cabuya offer just about everything you could dream might exist in Costa Rica. Great surfing, swimming, snorkeling and diving, tide pools, fishing, and boating can be found throughout the area. There's even a waterfall that pours off a cliff to splash into the ocean below.
Costa Rica Rafting Tours For hundreds of years, torrential weather has shaped Costa Rica’s valleys and canyons, creating a landscape whose twists, dips, and bumps are ripe for rafting opportunities. Some of the country’s most well known rivers – including the Reventazon, Pacuare and Corobici – carve through dense forests and meander along inspiring waterfalls.
Arenal Volcano National Park Arenal volcano is the most spectacularly active in Costa Rica. Volcano watching is better than a fifty-fifty proposition, but you should plan on taking advantage of some of the other attractions in the area, and consider it a bonus if you see Arenal put on a huge display. |
